◆ 圆板牙 ROUND DIES

圆板牙适用于外螺纹加工。
圆板牙采用合金工具钢，按国家标准GB/T970.1—94制造，切出螺纹精度为6g级（应符合国家标准GB/T196—197）几何精度高，切削性能好。
圆板牙可以手工和中、低速机械攻削铜、铝等有色金属和中、低碳素钢。
Round Dies are suitable for extemal threading .
The round dies made of alloy tool steel are manufactured in accordance with Chinese GB standard GB/T970.1—94 and the threads cut with the round dies will be within an accuracy of the bh grade （i. e. to the Chinese GB standard GB/T196—197）,with accuracy geometric featwes and excellent cutting characteristics.
The round dies can be used for hand operation as well as for medium and law speed machine taping nonferrous metals like copper aluminium etc.and medium and low carbon steel.
